In Cannes 2011 Snowfort Pictures, Inc. announced the start of production on Frank Pavich and Stephen Scarlata’s documentary Jodorowsky’s DUNE. The Crystal Heart Award is given every year to a selected group of independent filmmakers for demonstrating excellence in filmmaking and for best meeting the Heartland Film Festival’s mission. Since 1992, the Heartland Film Festival screens independent films from around the world and honors beautifully made films that celebrate the positive aspects of life.
The festival continues until October 22nd.
